Coprocessing meets the needs of two different segments: the first, industries that need to dispose of their products or waste; the second, cement plants that need fuel for their kilns.
Estre receives industrial waste from different sectors. From this waste a blend is prepared at its industrial units, which is then delivered to the cement plants, following strict standards and legislation for the sector.
The blend is a mixture of different types of waste, standardized in order to achieve high heating value so it can replace fossil fuels, such as coke.
The burning of this material does not produce polluting gases and occasional hazardous substances are encapsulated in the cement in a completely safe manner.
Using coprocessing, Estre is able to ensure the complete destruction of unserviceable products, making it impossible for them to be reused and protecting client brands.
